We had the balcony room. It was beautiful, clean and with an amazing view of the pyramids.
The owner was just amazing, full of great spirit, super friendly and helpful.
We were only staying one night and had planned to (hopefully) walk to the pyramids in the morning and take a couple of pictures from afar before our flight to Luxor.
We were offered a package of pyramids and museum of Egyptian civilization. The whole experience did not disappoint.
We had breakfast at 7.30 then left with the...

I stayed here with my son and 80 year old mother. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it has the most spectacular view of the Giza pyramids.
I’d also add the staff here are first class - absolutely wonderful in everything from arranging pick up from the airport to helping us arrange trips and food recommendations. I can see why this place gets such high reviews from its customers.
Thank you - we will visit again !

Very clean and polite staff and good zie room, made me and my family feel very welcomed. Furthermore it was in a very good location to see the pyramids of Giza and new museum Very nice breakfast
Only thing I’d recommend is to be ready because there is a lot of ambient noise because of cars honking horns till late.
Thank you Aly and Mohammad

good for 24hours reception so even I arrive late, still have somekne to help you. Most of them are young people in good attitude, wouldn't ask you for tips.
The room is spacious but also but dusty and full of sand, facing to the main street so bit noisy, however the air-conditioning is cold enough, and shower water is well functioning.

A traditional hotel, with fantastic views of the pyramids, sphinx and a free view of the evening light show on the pyramids. All this from the roof terrace and some of the rooms

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. We organised our guide for the pyramids through the hotel and this was excellent, helping us to navigate the site seemlessly without fuss and enjoy it!

The landlord is exceptionally kind, generous, and friendly, offering outstanding hospitality. The mother was just as warm and welcoming. They are truly some of the best people I have ever met—easily deserving more than five stars. Very close to the Pyramids with nice rooftop view as well.

I highly recommend this place.., March 2017 will forever remain with me due to my Egyptian experience, and there is no better place. M.. Rateba (who owns the hotel) made me feel like part of the family, there was nothing that was too much trouble. It was my first holiday on my own so I was very apprehensive; I am pleased to say that each person I met was polite and helpful. Located only meters from the Sphinx and Giza Pyramids, the Guardian guest house has a roof top terrace that gives a...

Booked based on the reviews read, room size was generous, good location, staff were very helpful (especially Ahmed), the whatsapp number was helpful for requirements. Clean everywhere despite the dust and the breakfast serving local food was good for us but no options visible for those on restricted diets. The knockout aspect for this hotel was the view from the roof where you had breakfast and could take your own food and drink to have anytime. To not be rushed and left to do our own thing...

I stayed for 7 days here at the start of March. The room was lovely and clean, with an awe-inspiring view of the pyramids. The brothers who run the place were always helpful and I had some conversations which I will cherish. I’d never been to Egypt before and they did their upmost to ensure my stay was memorable and that I was made feel safe and welcome. They organised tours for me and I was both humbled and honoured to be invited into their home for dinner.

We stayed here as a family of four as parents with two older teenagers and had to separate rooms for two nights. The rooms were clean, good amenities. We had a room each with a hot tub as requested and had a view of the pyramids which was wonderful. The rooms were located along where the road is so it was a little noisy but it didn’t bother us at all. It wasn’t a hotel where you could just pop out anywhere walking wise as such but this was no bother as we had tours pre booked for pick up and...
