Most of them are young people in good attitude, wouldn't ask you for tips. I have no complaints about the service. We communicated in English except Hassan, the owner, but he was very attentive to us even though we were not good at English. We were also able to exchange money into Egyptian pounds at the same rate as banks, and we were able to make arrangements for SIMs at the front desk.
