Nice place and nice staff.
Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.

Clean and modern room and bathroom. Outstanding panoramic view of Milan overlooking Duomo that is only half a mile away. Same view during breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.

"The view from our Superior Room with View was spectacular. Breakfast was amazing and the staff made everyone feel very welcome. Being so close to the ferry was also an unexpected bonus both convenient and entertaining to watch. We would love to stay there again next year."

"The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait ..."
