A modern house close to town and the beach and backs on to a tree lined park
- The house is 20 years old with 4 bedrooms and a garage which is carpeted and can also accommodate guests. There is a sunny covered deck with seating and a BBQ. There is a locked gate leading on to the park. It is a very quiet area with good neighbours. The living area is open plan with a gas heater and a 65 inch TV with free view and Netflix. Wifi is available and is fast. A very comfortable house.
