- This panoramic villa is located in the Santo Stefano area of Gioiosa Marea (ME), just 6 km from the sea. Set in a peaceful hillside location with stunning views, it’s pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friends along.
The 100 sqm apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and features a living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a traditional Moka pot, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and fan.
Outdoors, relax in your private garden or on two open terraces with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. An outdoor shower and barbecue add extra comfort for relaxing moments and outdoor dining.
