Bathroom, fitted kitchen and a covered terrace. Location: \- 5 min to the train station by foot \- Bakery and supermarket in proximity Sites of interest: \- Steiff Teddybear museum in Giengen (10 min by foot) \- Charlotte cave in Huerben (8 min by car) \- Archeological adventure park Vogelherd (15 min by car) \- Legoland Germany (30 min by car) \- Eselsburger Valley (10 min by car) \- Nice open air swimming pool in Giengen (5 min by car) Equipment: \- full furnished \- complete bedding and towels included \- LCD Television \- Free Wifi The space: The guests have the complete semidetached house for their own. In the entrance you can find the small cloackroom with the connection to the basement. On the first floor, there is a living and dining room which contains a big double sleeper couch as well as a terrace door to the garden. From the staircase you can reach the modern spacious bathroom with a toilet, a shower, and a vanity. The kitchen is located on the same floor and is equiped with all kitchen appliance you need and has plenty of space for cooking and eating. The bedroom is next to the kitchen and has a double bed for two people (180x200cm) and a big wardrobe. Two additional bedrooms are located in the second floor, one of which has a single bed and a double sleeper couch (160x200cm). The other one is equipped with a single bed which has a mattress in its drawer and works as an additional sleeper for one more person. Both rooms have writing desks and plenty of space for storage. A second bathroom is located on the same floor with a toilet, lavatory and a bathtub. The second floor is only accessible when 5 or more people book the flat. However, under certain circumstances, such as longer stay and upon agreement we can make the second floor accessible even if there are less people. If requested we can offer additional sleeping space on travel mattresses for several people. Please tell us before booking. We can also offer you a travel children bed (portacrib) free of charge. Guest access: The guests have access to a free parking lot in front of the garage. The garden and the terrace can be used by the guest. Interaction with guests You can contact me at anytime for general questions by phone or text message. For problems or concerns during your stay, feel free to contact my mother by phone or text message. The neighborhood: The flat has a good travel connection by car and by train. The best bakery in the town is only 50m away. The next supermarket (Pennymarket) is nearby (3 min by car). You can reach the oldtown in about 10 minutes by foot. Getting around: You can reach the train station in about 5 minutes from the flat. Mit vielen Spielsachen für die Kleinen, Gesellschaftsspielen und Büchern für die Großen und mit einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche wird auch ein verregnetes Wochenende zum Erfolg. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir eine sehr saubere, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung vor. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts - seien es Spiele, Kinderspiele oder die Küchenausstattung - es war alles vorhanden. Auch merkte man an der guten Kommunikation, dass Michael und seiner Mutter das Wohl der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und ein Besuch im nahegelegenen Legoland sowie der Burg Katzenstein sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt :-) ##### Julia K. Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2017 Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Renate B. 6 Jun 2017 #### Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Giengen wir haben uns alle sehr gut erholt🤗👍 Die Gegend bittet viel 🚴‍♀️🏃 Man kann hier super Fahrrad fahren und die kleine Altstadt bietet viel interessantes, z.B. ein Museum von Margarete Steif (Steiftieren) sehr schön für klein und groß👍 Das Haus hat einen sehr netten Garten und ist für mehrere Personen ideal (wir waren zu siebt) klasse eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts, die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber und die Badezimmer sehr schön und großzügig. Echt topp 👍 ##### Renate B.
