Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very very small. Elevator is very crammed. Breakfast was very good. Good hotel for the money.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

The breakfast was satisfying - and I enjoyed communicating with the lovely young women, who worked this early shift. When my room was made up - I was in love with the fresh towels each day. The Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Vatican and the neighborhood of Prati is very peaceful and serene at night.
The lighting inside my room was not great - it was too dark and felt depressing at night. The mattress is worn and should probably be replaced.
I really liked communicating with the Front Desk Staff - Stephania was very kind.
For the cost to stay at this Hotel, I expected more.

"Rooms were a nice change from vacation rentals / apartments. Property and rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. A little busy during a couple of conferences but the staff did what they could to keep us happy. - bit far from most Rome attractions so would recommend Ubers. Would stay ..."
