Wonderful stay in the suite at the One Two Four. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful accommodation and the spa was a great addition to our trip. We had breakfast in the restaurant on one morning which was fresh and delicious. We would definitely recommend.

Location fantastic room clean did not bother with breakfast

My husband and I stayed one night here and were completely impressed with the level of service and the overall friendliness of the staff. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great! We would definitely like to stay with them again. The only negative is the location. It is perfect if you need to go to the UZ Gent hospital or a place to rest after going to an event at the arena, but there really is nothing to do beside take a bus into the city—the bus stop is right across...

Stayed for a Saturday night over the Davis Cup weekend. Very easy to find, a few mins from the motorway. Very friendly check in, the chap on the front desk even had a tram ticket which was preloaded with credit which he gave to me (I just added the cost to my room). He provided a map of the town and detailed instructions on various ways of getting there. Location was spot on. Great apartment in a great location. The place was equipped with everything needed. It was very modern and comfortable. The only downside is the noise from residents above or nextdoor. Also if you choose to use the car park provided by the hotel, it is not at the same location. The car park is a shared lot situated a couple of mins walk away in a residential block. An excellent hotel. The staff were unfailingly helpful, the facilities excellent and all areas of the place sparkling clean. The room and bathroom were well designed, not large but there was adequate space. The room looked out onto a fairly busy road but there must have been superb soundproofing because the traffic noise was barely a murmur in the room.

The staff we were wonderful - they responded to an advance email requesting a walk in shower immediately.Room very comfortable & spotless with good bed & then excelled themselves as when I got to train station to leave I realized my phone had slipped out of my pocket in back of cab. Great hotel for visiting Ghent with its central location with sites a walking distance. The only disappointing thing was the30 Euros city tax that we had to pay before leaving the hotel . This came as a surprise and an expenditure we were not expecting .Should nt this be in with the original cost. I thought tourist add to the local enconomy by spending their money there. A disappointing sting to a very enjoyable trip. This cheap scam probably exist in other cities .
