"The hotel was cleaned, air condition was working as it should. The staff was friendly, polite and very nice. Hotel very close to Haram. The breakfast was excellent eat and drink all you can no limit. My only complaint was the refrigerator not working. Overall experience 4 stars. Please replace the refrigerator for better ones. No regrets thank you so much for good customer service."

Restaurants, supermarkets, date markets, pharmacies, and all kinds of shops are conveniently located between the hotel and Masjid Nabawi. The hotel offers an economical price for stay, with no additional amenities, making it a great choice for those looking for a simple and budget-friendly accommodation close to the Haram."

"Very outdated and filthy inside. It’s a vast building so unless you’re near a lift you’ll be walking and then waiting for a lift for space close to prayer time. Staff were friendly and nice. Until they refurb the whole hotel and floors it is not worth going to for now. I’m sure it’ll redeem it self in the future."
