Guests enjoy exclusive, private access to the spacious North Side of historic Stratton House. Your accommodations include a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and full bathroom on the first floor, plus four bedrooms and an additional full bathroom on the second floor. You also have use of a private, fenced yard with a swingset and patio area for your family.

Please note: This unit at Stratton House is your private space to enjoy throughout your stay. We believe great hospitality means being available when needed while giving our guests the freedom to relax and feel completely at home. Stratton House is a very large building, and it also includes a separate one-bedroom rental on the South Side, with its own entrance and privacy-fenced yard. The owners reside in a third, completely separate unit upstairs on the property.

Each residence is independent, allowing guests to enjoy their own space, comfort, and privacy throughout their stay. While we respect your privacy, we're conveniently located on-site should you need assistance or have questions during your visit.

Please make note of these important house rules before booking your reservation:

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the residence at all times.

The primary booking guest must be at least 30 years old and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

Absolutely no parties or gatherings for outside individuals who are not on your reservation. The maximum overnight guests are 8 humans - this includes adults, infants, and children.

Our borough rental license establishes requirements that we must follow, particularly regarding occupancy. We cannot make exceptions that would place our license or our neighbors' well-being at risk.
