Checking in the man asking if we had a dog and I said no and for some reason he didn't believe me. After Checking in and driving around to our room he ran to the door we were entering to see if we had a dog then in the middle of the night they brought a cat and made it meow at our door to see if the dog would bark.Breakfast was a joke. Only dry stuff nothing hot when it is advertised as a full hot breakfast. They said they dont know how to operate the equipment that the person was off for the weekend. This is management. They don't know how to operate a microwave he said we dont do it that way upon looking in there kitchen there is nothing but microwaves no stove they are just to cheap and dont want to give proper food. The hotel itself is nice but management and the people that work there are horrible and uncomindating lazy and cheap.

Front desk person was nice, but upon arriving in our room we found the bathroom toilet and floor filthy. Something was smeared on the front of the toilet (very obvious if someone had actually cleaned the bathroom) and the floor had dried urine on it. After asking front desk for cleaning solution and a cloth, I was cleaning the bathroom myself only to find it filthy behind the toilet as well. A clean room is such an important part of a hotel stay and this is not acceptable. The wooden headboard attached to the wall also was covered in dust as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I think the cleaning staff needs some training.

The staff was very rude. The room service never showed up to maintain our room. There was no breakfast as advertised three out of the five mornings of our stay. Security doors were left unlocked at all times allowing anyone to walk in. My room had a bug in the bed the moment we walked in and the sheets were not clean. Overall would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I for sure will never stay at a Best Western again. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent.
