  • 3 km from Clisson, in the heart of the Nantes vineyards, the village of Gîtes du Moulin Neuf welcomes you in its group dwelling of 30 beds with professional kitchen and reception room of 50m².<br><br>For your family gatherings, birthdays, weddings, associative meetings... you will enjoy the exceptional natural setting of the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise and the authentic charm of this former village of Tisserand with its Moulin à Foulon.<br><br>The cottage consists of 3 levels:<br>- Ground floor: reception room of 50m² for 49 people maximum, with professional kitchen equipped (crockery included). Evenings are allowed with music limited to 2am. 1 WC.<br>- 1st floor: 1 sleeping area (sofas), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds + washbasin, 1 bedroom with 5 single beds (1 bunk bed) + washbasin, 1 bedroom with 6 single beds (2 bunk beds) + washbasin. 3 showers + 2 toilets.<br>- 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 4 single beds + washbasin, 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds (1 bunk bed) + washbasin, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + washbasin. 1 equipped kitchen. 3 showers + 3 toilets.<br>- riverside garden with barbecue as well as wooden forest tables.<br>- Others: TV. Washing machine. Bed linen and towels included. Free Wi-Fi. Free private parking (unsupervised). Possibility of cleaning package for 250€.<br><br>From the car park, access to the gîte and the river is via a small pedestrian path (no vehicle access - not accessible for people with reduced mobility). <br><br>If you do not wish to manage the meals yourself, it is possible to call on one of our partner caterers.<br><br>Possibility of completing the beds with other cottages of 2/4 places, 5 places, 4/6 places or 8/10 places on the same site (village of 11 cottages for a total capacity of 82 beds).<br><br> The area offers many visits: <br>✅ explore the Clisson valley with its castle, its covered market, its vineyard and its cellars🍇<br>✅ canoeing along the Sèvre Nantaise 🚣, or hiking in the vineyards🚶 <br>✅ discover Nantes, the Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne, the Machines de l'île... Site atypique … très agréable…Attention ce gîte n’est pas adapté pour de jeunes enfants…En effet un grand nombre de porte comportaient un ferme porte, un groom, si puissant que mes jeunes petits enfants ne pouvaient pas ouvrir la porte….De plus la grande salle à manger était composée de tables de réunion pliantes qui comportaient un jeu et les enfants en fonction de leur appui faisaient légèrement pencher la table d’un côté comme de l’autre…J’en ai discuté avec la réception qui ont reconnu que c’était plutôt destiné à une salle de réunion…. Oui mais le logis est prévu pour 30 … alors comment faire quand la salle à manger du 2e étage est limitée à 12 personnes….
