  • Breeze on Barclay is just a 250 metre walk from Werri Beach’s south end, one of the most popular surfing locations on the South Coast. This 4 bedroom home is perfectly positioned to make the most of the coastal lifestyle with the local bowling club, surf club and tennis courts all nearby. The town centre is in easy walking distance too, boasting gorgeous cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
    This family home is ready for your next holiday sleeping 12 people, 8 adults being ideal, with bunks across the two levels for the kids. Featuring two living areas and also a large back deck with water views. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home, with an open plan kitchen, dining and upstairs loungeroom.

    Breeze on Barclay is a pet friendly property, subject to the following:
    Back Yard IS NOT Fully Fenced
    Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house

    Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

    Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).

    All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is Friday. We don't schedule arrivals on public holidays.
