"The staff was absolutely lovely! From the moment I was greeted at the door, to the wonderful breakfast, to the quiet, peaceful morning. It was a great place to breath and relax before stepping into the bustle of the city."

"The property is clean and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the quarter and close the the street car lines if you need to get across town. I will definitely stay at Intercontinental again!"
"From the moment I arrived at Le Méridien New Orleans, I felt welcomed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick with check-in, setting the tone for a great stay. The hotel’s modern, stylish design gave it an upscale yet approachable vibe.
The room was spotless, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud perfect after a day exploring the city. The linens were fresh, pillows plentiful, and the blackout curtains ensured uninterrupted rest.
The location couldn’t be better just a short walk to the French Quarter, the streetcar line, and countless restaurants and attractions. For those relying on rideshare or taxis, pickups were seamless right outside the lobby.
Food options at the on-site restaurant and bar were delicious, and breakfast was fresh and satisfying. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus, offering a relaxing escape with a great view. Internet access was fast and reliable, making it easy to plan outings or stream a movie at night.
Le Méridien combined style, comfort, and convenience perfectly. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans."
"Staff always very accommodating and nice. Made a point to make us feel comfy with extra blankets. The rooms are a nice little motel set up w/stove, refrigerator, sink, utensils, dishes, hand washing supplies, and dish washer. Pool was clean and appreciated they had a pool towel station with floaties and toys for children to enjoy. Had a little basketball court. A convinient store where you can buy supplies. From tv dinners to medication to umbrellas. Overall we were very happy with our stay. "
"When arriving I was greeted very welcoming by both the valet the front desk. The hotel gave us discounts on the restaurant next-door. The food was very good as well as the convenience of the hotel we were able to walk everywhere."
"The best part about my stay was the hospitality. When I book the room, I didn’t realize it was a motel, and the bathroom was really small. I brought up those concerns with the guy working the front desk and he was really gracious and was going to allow me to check out early and get a refund for my unused days. I ended up staying because if I’m in a whole different city, I’m not going to be cooped up in my hotel. Has customer service was outstanding."
