Die UG- und OG-Wohnung sind neu, schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die EG-Wohnung mit Bad, Küche und Stube ist schon älter. Die Küche und Stube im EG geraten ab etwa 9 Personen an ihre Kapazitätsgrenzen und die dortige Lichtausleuchtung ist etwas dürftig, Die Skibus-Haltestelle ist nur etwa 25 m vom Haus entfernt. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft für Familien und kleinere Gruppen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das möchte man ja doch gemeinsam machen und wir mussten alles vollstellen und saßen trotzdem aufeinander wie die Hühner. Trotz Familie war es sehr eng. Uns wurde untersagt, die obere Küche zu benutzen. Der Ofen in der unteren Küche bietet aber nur unter und Ober hitz an. Zudem nur ein blech und nach eine Telefonat mit dem Besitzer und man würde sich am Schluss einigen ! Kam nur stures entgegenwirken und nicht ein entgegkommen. Schade eigentlich. . Es gab nichts im Haus. Weder in Seife , Salz , Pfeffer, oder eine Klopapier Rolle. Das kenne ich anderes und spricht nicht für den besten Service. Das Haus liegt gut und es gibt WLAN. Skibus direkt (50m) vom Haus. Allerdings geht Dr Bus nur nach gerlosberg. Und von dort dauert das traversieren 1h bis gerlos Skigebiet. Und es fahren nur wenige Busse zurück. Wir musstenzweimal ein Taxi zurück nehmen, weil die Busse voll waren oder schon weg. Für Reisende bis 10 Personen sind in diesem Haus sehr gut aufgehoben. Darüber wird es sehr eng. Vorallem beim Essen. Das möchte man ja doch gemeinsam machen und wir mussten alles vollstellen und saßen trotzdem aufeinander wie die Hühner. Trotz Familie war es sehr eng. Uns wurde untersagt, die obere Küche zu benutzen. Der Ofen in der unteren Küche bietet aber nur unter und Ober hitz an. Zudem nur ein blech und nach eine Telefonat mit dem Besitzer und man würde sich am Schluss einigen ! Kam nur stures entgegenwirken und nicht ein entgegkommen. Schade eigentlich. . Es gab nichts im Haus. Weder in Seife , Salz , Pfeffer, oder eine Klopapier Rolle. Das kenne ich anderes und spricht nicht für den besten Service. Das Haus liegt gut und es gibt WLAN. Skibus direkt (50m) vom Haus. Allerdings geht Dr Bus nur nach gerlosberg. Und von dort dauert das traversieren 1h bis gerlos Skigebiet. Und es fahren nur wenige Busse zurück. Wir musstenzweimal ein Taxi zurück nehmen, weil die Busse voll waren oder schon weg. Die Bushaltestelle für den Skibus ist fuß ... Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Personen. Die Bushaltestelle für den Skibus ist fußläufig 2min entfernt. Skibus fährt hoch bis zur Mittelstation Skigebiet Gerlosberg und bis ins Tal Zell am Ziller. Letzte Fahrt von der Talstation hoch Richtung Unterkunft ist allerdings schon 1605Uhr. Dies war etwas negativ. Der Ausblick ins Tal ist richtig schön. Das Haus ist mit seinem Aufenthaltsraum + Küche im EG für 12 Personen gut geeignet. Es bat sich noch im 1.OG eine kleinere Küche ebenfalls mit Sitzgelegeneheit. Durch die Schlafzimmeraufteilung ist dieses Haus für Gruppen mit Paaren gut geeignet. Der Brötchenservice hat jeden früh funktioniert. Küchenausstattung für unsere große Gruppe war vollkommen ok. Alles in allen war es ein schöner Urlaub. Wir waren mit 11 Leuten im Ski-Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war für alle PErsonen vollkommen ausreciehnd. Jeder hatte seine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach herrlich. Jeden Tag haben wir gemeinsame Stunden nach dem Ski fahren auf dem Balkon verbracht. Auch das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, sodass es keine Problem war, für alle PErsonen in einer Küche zu kochen und auch dort gemeinsam zu essen. WCs und Duschen waren für 11 Personen ausreichend vorhanden. Insgesammt ein super Haus mit toller Lage außerhalb des Ortes (Einkaufen nur mit dem Auto möglich). Es gibt aber einen täglichen Brot\\/Brötchen-Service für das Frühstück. Einfach Klasse! Das Haus war wirklich sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett! Wir können das Haus alle weiterempfehlen!!! De skibus stopte praktisch voor het huis en bracht ons elke ochtend naar het skipiste.
