"Nice place. The room is modern, clean, and smells great. The only reason I didn't give it a five-star rating is that the food was adequate. The chicken wings tasted like they had just been warmed up in a conventional oven, like 7-11 wings. Staff should be more attentive to arriving guests in order to carry luggage. The check-in desk functions as a cashier for the restaurant rather than being in the front to greet visitors. If you want business, you should provide service comparable to the Ritz-Carlton. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Phoenix Atlanta Downtown. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly flawless, every detail felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. The customer service was equally impressive. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Valet parking was exceptional, especially considering the challenges of nearby construction and the large crowds from local events. The team handled everything smoothly and efficiently, which made a big difference in our overall experience. One of the best features is the location. The hotel sits directly across the street from both State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, making it an easy and safe walk to events, no stress, no hassle. We also appreciated the thoughtful in-room touches like reasonably priced drinks and snacks, along with the cozy, comfortable robes. It really added to the experience. For everything you receive, the hotel is very reasonably priced. We’ll absolutely be staying here again for future events, this will be our go-to spot in Atlanta! "

"First room they gave me was on the 30th floor and key did not work , went back to attendant and they provide two keys, when we entered room, it had not been cleaned as the beds were undone. I had stayed here in the past and never had an experience like this"

"The staff were lovely but sadly they seem to have a roach problem at the Westin. I moved rooms the first time I saw a roach, but ended up leaving the hotel early when the second room also had roaches. They need to do some work on the property. Not a comfortable stay."

"Parking was very confusing, staff was hard to reach and slow to respond but quick to get onto you. The bed was like sleeping on a pile of bricks and the frame was broken. Snacks are limited. Said to feel like home but home it was not. "

"Sways restaurant was so rude and did not make any of my breakfast choices correct. They did not know how to make a poach egg but it was in their menu, also my breakfast took 43 minutes to come out. The valet supervisor was the worst. He drove my Audi and left trash inside. Three cps with a liquid inside. he then proceeded to call me a liar and shrug his shoulders. he was very dismissive and rude. "
