"Mid to fair. The parking attendants were kind. The front desk was helpful. The room was older. I had to keep entering my Netflix code when the tv shut off. Parking was helpful. Area is walkable and extremely convenient location. "

Valet parking was exceptional, especially considering the challenges of nearby construction and the large crowds from local events. The hotel sits directly across the street from both State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, making it an easy and safe walk to events, no stress, no hassle. We also appreciated the thoughtful in-room touches like reasonably priced drinks and snacks, along with the cozy, comfortable robes. It really added to the experience. For everything you receive, the hotel is very reasonably priced. We’ll absolutely be staying here again for future events, this will be our go-to spot in Atlanta! "

"First room they gave me was on the 30th floor and key did not work , went back to attendant and they provide two keys, when we entered room, it had not been cleaned as the beds were undone. I had stayed here in the past and never had an experience like this"

"The staff were lovely but sadly they seem to have a roach problem at the Westin. I moved rooms the first time I saw a roach, but ended up leaving the hotel early when the second room also had roaches. They need to do some work on the property. Not a comfortable stay."

"Free breakfast from 6 to 9 AM which was great hours. Free cocktail before 7 PM. They have mandatory valet parking at $60 a day. But is well worth it because everything is in walking distance. Once you park, there's no additional fee, if you need to leave and return within twenty four hours as many times as you want. "
