"I booked a non-smoking room with a park view, however the room I was assigned was an accessible room without a park view. I realize I waited to pay for the room on-site, but I was not expecting my reservations to change. Had it not beem for that I would have rated the entire stay a 5 out of 5. The staff was amazing!"

"There’s no parking just valet parking and cost $60 each night. So I lost all the money I pay for the room I went some where else to stay. And they didn’t refund my money. First and last time booking there"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Phoenix Atlanta Downtown. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Valet parking was exceptional, especially considering the challenges of nearby construction and the large crowds from local events. The hotel sits directly across the street from both State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, making it an easy and safe walk to events, no stress, no hassle. We also appreciated the thoughtful in-room touches like reasonably priced drinks and snacks, along with the cozy, comfortable robes. It really added to the experience. For everything you receive, the hotel is very reasonably priced. We’ll absolutely be staying here again for future events, this will be our go-to spot in Atlanta! "

"First room they gave me was on the 30th floor and key did not work , went back to attendant and they provide two keys, when we entered room, it had not been cleaned as the beds were undone. I had stayed here in the past and never had an experience like this"

"The staff were lovely but sadly they seem to have a roach problem at the Westin. I moved rooms the first time I saw a roach, but ended up leaving the hotel early when the second room also had roaches. They need to do some work on the property. Not a comfortable stay."
