For a place with WIFI in the name the connectivity was less than average. Difficulty with maintaining a signal and streaming was terrible. The area to the rear of the hotel is also noisy, with dogs barking and roosters crowing. Good place to stay in Penang. If you can believe it, the wifi was spotty so, we had to use our data during our entire trip. Beds were fairly comfortable, hot water was good in the shower &, there was soap, shower gel, shampoo etc. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like mold but, our room did not. I mentioned it to the staff during check out.
