Unfortunately it is a quite loud neighborhood and the windows & walls just let any noise come through. Therefore you’ll hear the bar music & people until 2 am. Ok for one night or two but not relaxing at all. Room was clean & well decorated. The bathroom lacked some shelves and moreover there was no bathroom door - only a curtain. Service was OK but WiFi was extremely bad. It was impossible to have a WiFi call and even sending pictures / writing emails took ages. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2024 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Dharul 12 Oct 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort 1) Booked a suite room - defective aircond and apparently many ppl have complained before. 2) staff came back to room to give us second access card, didn’t even knock the door just tagged and open the door. 3) shoes are to be removed, but they make us walk barefoot through dirty areas to the suite room. 4) night staff tried to short change us by charging additional tourist tax of rm 24 although he knows we are locals.
