The first room given at the second floor had musky, urine smell. It was changed to another room at the third floor. Everyday, there is one lady who would giggle and laugh when entering her room just next door. The opposite building is dirty with foreign workers staying inside. The level is the same and so can see everything. The drainage is blocked which leads to the stench smelled in the bathroom.
