Good reception staff, close to Georgetown sites by walking and close to transit hub. However, no cable tv, no face towels, or face soap; room cleaned only if card placed on door handle to request it. Small room, size of a cruise ship cabin. A reasonably new hotel. Room is compact but fine. It's clean. Bed is firm. Location near to food and shops and within walking distance to a number of tourist destinations. I booked the room for 2 persons but only one toothbrush given. I asked Housekeeping and they say only one is given and if needed extra to request from Reception. Also noted no soap provided. Again asked Housekeeping they do not seem to know what I am talking about.
