Good Location, in UNESCO protect area, close to everything for sight-seeing; a totally rebuilt hotel with small but adequate rooms with en-suite modern wash rooms; no self serve laundry; no breakfast; tea, coffee and assorted cookies provided near reception area 24/7; roof top terrace is still ‘temporarily’ closed; allowed me to store fruits in their soft drink fridge; WIFI was intermittently available during my stay; advised me to go to airport before 6am for my 10am flight (traffic congestion);

Hotel staff are friendly and gives good recommendations on places to go. Location of hotel is near to Georgetown street art area. Many cafes and local food near the hotel as well. Room condition, amenities and cleanliness were great too. Overall would recommend to travelers and would definitely stay here again! Thank you B Street Hotel for a great stay.

#### Noisy, wifi not working.

The advertised wifi (which I needed) did not work in my room (because of their inadequate equipment), and they were unable to come up with a fix for this. Most nights there was considerable noise until 3 or 4 in the morning owing to sidewalk bar right next door, and they were also unable to come up with a fix for this. Spartan room with few amenities, though at least it was clean (save for the day the cleaners did not make it to my room). In light of this, the high ratings given by others are incomprehensible to me. Suggest to avoid if 3am noise or lack of wifi are a problem for you.

Pros: - Convenient location, within walkable distance to most tourist attractions e.g art murals, famous food places, clan jetties, Prangin Mall - There is a convenience store just round the corner, staff was helpful in providing us with directions to the store - Clean, cosy and comfortable room - Free flow of coffee, tea and biscuits provided in lobby - Staff were very friendly and polite, greeted us whenever we entered the lobby Cons: - No refrigerator in the room Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay, very value for money too. #### Very nice accommodation for on-the-budget traveler

In a convenient part of Chinatown, within walking distance to all of downtown (Georgetown). I got a small but tidy room without a window, but it has good air conditioning and it was very clean. The only thing I wish it had would be a small fridge, to keep the water and orange juice cold. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and always ready to assist the travelers. Thanks a lot to everyone working there!!!

#### Nice hotel near all the wall arts

The hotel provided a very detailed map telling us where is all the location of the wall arts. They also recommended food hunting spot including food court that the local visits (with cheap and nice food). The hotel location is great, we can easily walk to many museum nearby. We also took grab to Gurney Plaza / Gurney Paragon, only at MYR 8\. Will definitely visit this hotel again.

#### New hotel, exceptional value for money

I stayed here for 4 nights last week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I may consider coming back here before the end of my 2-month SE Asia trip. The hotel seems to be newly renovated completely (instead of some that only refresh the lobby.) The room was new and comfortable. The bathroom was great. I paid for a standard room with windows - let's face it, a comparable room in Europe costs 2x-3x times more. The staff is extremely helpful. They even have the local tourist maps marked up with the essential information you'll need: food, ATMs, etc. As others mentioned, the rooftop bar shouldn't be missed. The hotel is centrally located: you can walk over to the sights in old town at one end as easily as you can walk to the 1st Avenue mall on the other side, should you decide to take a break from sightseeing. I've done a lot of traveling lately and it's not often that I can't find a single fault for a hotel in this price range, but in this case everything was perfect. I'd stay here again, and I would suggest that you do too.

Stay from 5-9 Dec. Overall is good with nice helpful front staff. Its near to those wall painting..so if you're after those arts...this is an options. The rooftop free cookies n coffee on the house is great for relax after a long day...

The hotel was walking distance to the bus station, ferry terminal, Little India, street art, street food. A little way away from main backpackers' street. The rooftop bar was nice but was quiet during my stay. Clean room with air-con and safe.

#### Quality budget hotel

3 year old, modern construction hotel. Quality bed, modern bathroom fixtures, good aircon, good wifi, quiet area. 5 minute walk to tourist site area. Staff was helpful with my tourism questions. My only complaint is no refrigerator and the safe wasn't large enough for my large laptop. They offered to store my computer while I was out. I stayed in the budget room. Very small but functional. Considering price, location, cleanliness, free coffee/tea and pleasing staff I would stay again.
