Located in Genouillé, this 50 m² holiday home hosts up to 4 guests and features one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The 22 m² living room is perfect for relaxing together, while the private 4 m² kitchen is well equipped with two gas burners, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small fridge, and small freezer. You have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a baby bed available on request. The spacious 19 m² bedroom offers comfortable beds, and the 6.5 m² bathroom has a walk-in shower—all on one level.



Enjoy your private uncovered terrace and the shared heated pool (4.5 m x 10.5 m, 1.5 m deep), open from May to late September depending on the weather. Pool access is organized in one-hour time slots from 9 am to 8 pm. A shared playground and a private barbecue are also available.



Shared parking is available on site and up to two pets are welcome. A shuttle service to the train station is offered. Bed linens and cleaning are available for an extra fee.
