Ideal for couples who want comfort during their stay. The accommodation, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a living area consisting of a double sofa bed, television and dining table. The open kitchen is complete with amenities such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Through the living room there is access to a lovely furnished terrace with an outdoor dining table. A bathroom with bidet and shower completes the layout. Guests are provided with amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, and heating. \*We inform guests that there is a video surveillance system on the terrace. \*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. In the historic center is the Romanesque-style Cathedral of San Lorenzo, with a black-and-white striped facade and frescoed interior.
