The apartment is located on the first floor accessible by stairs and opens onto the bright open-space living area with direct access to the balcony and is decorated in shades of white and blue, like a typical seaside house. The sitting room comes with a comfortable sofa and an armchair placed in a semicircle towards a cabinet with a TV. A big dining table in the middle of the room divides the sitting room from the open-plan kitchen fitted with all appliances such as an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: both are fitted with a queen-size bed; one of them also has an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation. \*There are other apartments inside the building.
