The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. What was lacking was the hotel itself. Beds so uncomfortable couldn't sleep. Horrible smell was in the room when we first got in. No parking as advertised. Have to leave you car in a public car park. This can get very expensive. Hotel is close to everything but in a filthy area of the city.

My family & I are currently on a European trip visiting several countries and staying in numerous hotels. Whenever we’re referring to this place we call it “Nightmare Hotel”. Although we were only there for 1 Night, it sure felt like eternity. It’s completely run down, out dated, poor lighting, the bathroom is probably half the size of a cruise ships’ even the elevator only holds one person at a time. Everything about this hotel is a disaster EXCEPT for the very kind gentleman at check-in. The only Night we stayed there, we noticed an infestation of rats in a tree directly in front of the hotel door. We stayed here to board an MSC cruise the next morning (The terminal was walking distance) but I’ll never stay there again.

Nous avons payé chez vous, une nuit d hôtel que vous avez bien encaissé alors que l'hôtel est fermé pour rénovation !!😡 Heureusement nous avons trouvé une solution, mais pas grâce à vous !😡 On est a l étranger on a failli dormir dehors ! La prochaine fois avant d encaisser ca serait bien de vérifier si l hôtel est ouvert ! Merci ! Chapeau Expédia !👏👏👎

hotel molto deludente sopratutto la zona la sera paurosa gente che beve birra e fuma erba da ogni parte, fuori dalla finestra della camera sporcizia e abbiamo visto topi... mai più in una zona del genere.

Struttura con una buona gestione e la reception aperta 24 ore su 24 è molto comoda. Posizione ottimale per chi arriva col traghetto e ha bisogno di fermarsi per la notte, personale gentile e disponibile.

Un hotel sucio, el aire no funcionaba, el parqueadero lejos y habia q pagarlo, el sitio muy mal ubicado no se puede caminar de noche en esa zona porqué es peligroso. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

No denying the neighbourhood is in a tough port area, but I've never felt unsafe. The hotel is clean, and welcoming. i booked a 4 bed room for one person - it was all they had - and all the staff found that most amusing :)

Sono state diverse volte in questo hotel. Sì trova a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione principe, utile se dovete spostarvi col treno. La metropolitana sta praticamente davanti. La zona è quella di una stazione ma non ho mai avuto problemi. Il personale è sempre molto gentile.

Escale avant croisière

A quelques pas du Port de Gênes, du Metro et de la station des cars de transport. Standardiste très disponible et attentionnée. Bon café italien. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'un restaurant pour déjeuner/dîner.
