The apartment is located on the first floor of one of the beautiful Rolli Palaces, buildings from the 16th-17th centuries declared UNESCO heritage. The living area consists of a living room, furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a table, a TV and a desk, and a large and bright kitchen with a dining table, fully equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms, the first one featuring a French bed, a TV, an armchair and a sofa, the second one with a queen-size bed, a dresser and an armchair, the third one with a double sofa bed. A bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub complete the layout. \*Please be advised that the bedrooms are adjoining. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The rooms were spacious and the place was well equipped. The apartment was easy to get to from the airport (taxi the best option) and was central to many of the best attractions, Piazza ferrai, the train station, funiculars the port and plenty of gelaterias. The waterfall in the courtyard was a wonder and amazing to see it visited by so many tourist - it felt like we were staying somewhere very special. Christina welcomed us and was on hand during our visit to help with anything we needed to know about staying in Genoa like transport, places to eat and visit. We were very impressed by Wonderful Italy and how they organised the accommodation ##### Tom H.
