All the windows and the security door are newly installed and provide excellent soundproofing against any outside noise, as well as incredible natural light.

the custom-built closet and dressers will allow you to neatly organise all your clothes.

The contemporary bathroom on the upper floor—cosy yet optimally sized—features the same exposed beam ceiling as the sleeping area.
You can relax in a spacious, comfortable glass-enclosed shower to recharge after a long walk through the streets of Genoa.

A storage closet, stocked with a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, an iron, an ironing board, and a small drying rack, will come in handy should you need them.

To top it all off, on the opposite side of the apartment,
there’s a small slate balcony with a cast-iron balustrade (also found on all the building’s historic marble staircases), furnished with a small table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
