Neighbours to the back of the building were incredibly loud all night, but bought some ear plugs then had no problem sleeping! There were some issues with the lights on arrival but we reported it and all bulbs were immediately replaced, so was sorted really quickly and efficiently. Some small things that would have made a big difference would have been the addition of a kettle, an electric coffee machine and a chopping board, but everything else you could need was there, and we were really close to lots of cafes.
