We had problems with the heating system working properly. I reported it to the man at reception because it was freezing in our room - he came in, it took him a few minutes to get it to work, then he left, and then it got too hot and we had problems getting it to cool off. It would have been helpful if he would have showed us how to properly operate the remote control (although my husband is a heating system installer, retired after working in this field for more than 45 years). Instead, I got the feeling that the man at reception thought we were idiots (by his attitude and look on his face), which we are not. The bed was way too soft - we think it is old and needs replacing. There is mold in the shower stall. The woman at reception took a while to check us in; I am not sure of the problem. The room was very quaint, but a good size and exceptionally clean. The owners were extremely helpful and very nice. The location is also very good; close to the main tourist sites and to the bus and train station. Breakfast was very good and served on a tray in our room. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. The room was spacious, with beautiful view and own bathroom. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean and were cleaned everyday and there was even hair dryer available. The breakfast was very tasty and included foccaccia, bread, pastry, yogurt, juice and machine-made coffee. Great location. The beds were really comfortable and we had a nice breeze coming from the window and air conditionning when that was not enough. Mr Quinto was exceptionnally nice and helpful. Chambre correcte relativement au prix payé.
