The staff was great. Their communication prior to my arrival was very helpful. I loved the spacious room, and the view was excellent. The location was very central and convenient. It was so nice that I could check in early because my room happened to be ready.

Lovely old hotel right in the city centre with tram and bus stops right outside the front and a short walk to the train station. We had a beautiful view of the river from our room where we could also see the snow-topped mountains. The staff were very polite and helpful, storing our luggage for us on our last day. Geneva is a very expensive city to visit, so this hotel was a great bargain.

The hotel is excellently located. One step out of the door turn left and left again and wonderful photo opp if the Lake Geneva Fountain. Great restaurants within walking distance in all directions. Lots of international cuisine on offer. Physically, the hotel is a bit tired but clean and the staff were very welcoming.

Great location with veranda at the headwaters of the Rhône. Room in a classic style, easy walkability to the lake, the museums and the Old City. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Dining and drinking options plentiful, particularly on the left bank. Bathroom a little small, but who spends time in the bathroom when marvelous Geneva awaits? We shall be back.

Good value hotel near city centre. View over the river towards the lake. Close to public transport and main amenities. 10 minutes walk from the station. Friendly staff. Recommended.
