Excellent location convenient to transportation, Old Town and many of the must see sights. The hotel personnel was excellent. Always ready to help in any way and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

We got an upgrade of superior room to deluxe room, which is very nice. Staff all very friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. Small spa area but good for the city centre location.

Hotel and room excellent and clean. Would stop here again. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of good delicious choices, although it wasnt cheap (but then nothing cheap in Geneva)

The hotel itself is wonderful - beautiful and comfortable rooms and nice staff. The spa, however, was a tremendous disappointment. One of masseuses arrived 30 min late for our couples massage and we only got a 60 min massage when we booked a 90 minute massage. They only charged us for the 60 minute but there was hardly an apology and no compensation for their mistakes. In addition, there is no real check-in at the spa and the hot tub was lukewarm warm.
