The desert ordered however took an age to come out. Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night. All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again."

"We had read previous comments about the service or the owner’s attitude at this hotel, but our experience was entirely different. It’s important to remember that this is a small business run by a couple, and sometimes reviews don’t reflect the full picture. We stayed here for a week and found everything to our liking. The atmosphere was warm, the accommodation super comfortable, and the setting ideal for a relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will certainly be returning."

"We stayed in room 9 (bottom floor). The room itself is amazing. Bed is very comfy, lots of storage, good furniture layout and a huge bathroom! "This was a last minute booking due to an imminent need to return to UK ( motorcycle trip ) and having done 400km with another 300 to do. Staff v friendly, this is a hotel which supports water sports groups ( mostly young kayakers ), but Dinant is a lovely location. The bar restaurant is another building the other side of the car park, which was open for drinks but kitchen was closed. However around the corner on the waterfront was a fabulous bar/ restaurant with loads of character. The hotel overall was what we wanted, a bed for the night. I was not put off by young people enjoying the water, it was nice to see."

"Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Schöne Umgebung. Zu kritisieren ist allerdings, dass die Holztreppe zum Eingang auf der Terrasse recht steil ist und die Holzdielen im Bereich zur Treppe teilweise gebogen und wackelig waren. Hierdurch hat man automatisch das Bedürfnis, sich an den Handläufen festzuhalten. Diese sind jedoch so spröde, dass ich mir dabei drei Splitter in der Hand zugezogen habe."

"A unique B&B nestled in a tiny village away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend. Quiet, romantic, oozing with charm and character. Rooms have A/C that works well. Beautifully renovated building. Breakfast is a 14euro add-on (not sure it’s worth it) and the walkable restaurants are fine (if they’re open and available). You might have to drive 10-15 mins. for other options. Overall, we liked it!"

"Beautiful place lovely hotel nice bar I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked nice. The staff spoke very little English which is surprising in this day and age but you can’t have everything. There were some low beams that me and my son kept banging our heads on. I will return for a longer visit as it is in a stunning location but we were just passing through"
