Welcome to our exclusive Shinyhomez Apartment, which awaits you with luxurious furnishings and a spacious rooftop terrace. The apartment offers space for up to 10 people and is the perfect place for an unforgettable short- or long-term stay.

Covering 125 square meters, you will find 3 stylishly furnished bedrooms, a flexible living room, 2 modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Start your day with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and enjoy the amenities of this exceptional vacation apartment. The cozy rooftop terrace with a generous lounge area invites you to relax and enjoy time outdoors.

The first and second bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable 1.90-meter double bed, which can easily be converted into two single beds upon request.

Additionally, each of these two bedrooms also has a single bed. The third bedroom features two single beds and a practical workspace.

Thanks to the flexible sleeping arrangements, both couples and solo travelers can enjoy a restful night.

The living room impresses with a spacious dining area where all guests can sit comfortably. Adjacent to this is the cozy seating area with two sofas and a large smart TV. From the dining area, you can also enjoy Netflix – perfect for a relaxing entertainment experience.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: it features a stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

A high chair and children's cutlery are available for the little ones, and a stair gate provides added safety. Additionally, there is a carefully curated collection of board games, ideal for fun family moments.

The apartment also offers 2 modern bathrooms – one with a toilet and the other with a spacious shower and a hairdryer.
