Tucked away on Baylie Place and overlooking Ryrie Street, the local shops, cinema and restaurants are a few steps outside your door. The modern interior offers comfortable and private living spaces with everything catered for, this hidden gem is perfect for work trips, families or couples off to explore the area. ENTRY: This luxury apartment features a private entrance on Baylie Street with contactless check in via Electonic lock. Your code and check in details will be sent 24 hours before check-in with local host on call to assist. Please note there is a camera on the street monitoring the entrance. PARKING: This property does not have a designated parking spot however a large car park is a short 15 second walk from the entrance. Overnight and weekend parking is free, 4 hour paid parking 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. WIFI: Unlimited and complimentary, password will be provided on check in. HEATING & COOLING: The property features split system heating and cooling.
