    Experience coastal comfort in this two bedroom two bathroom condominium situated on the second floor of Pacific Terraces. The master bedroom serves as a peaceful sanctuary with a king size bed and a television for your entertainment. The guest bedroom is thoughtfully arranged with two single beds to accommodate your group. The property includes two full bathrooms each equipped with a walk in shower. The heart of the home is the spacious living area which flows into a fully functional kitchen complete with all necessary cookware and dining essentials. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or head directly to the beach via the private path located just outside your back door. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Please be advised that this unit is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs. This unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.



    All rentals at Gearhart By the Sea are NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, on the decks/patios, on walkways or parking lots. If you or your guest are caught smoking, you will be fined $250 and may be asked to leave. This applies to all guest in your party. There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit.

We loved our stay. Everything was amazing. The view of the ocean and the sunsets were perfect. If you're looking for a place to be cozy and comfortable on the Oregon coast and bring your two your dogs, you've found the right place!
