It has a south west ocean view. There is a King bed in main bedroom and 2 Twins in 2nd bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players. There is a Washer and dryer to wash any unexpected items you got wet while playing at the beach. The unit has hard wood floors throughout.



With this complex you have access to the building with a Pool Only.



This unit allows one pet. The pet charge is $20.00 per day. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.



This unit does not allow discounts on holiday weekends.



This unit sleeps up to 6 people maximum.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**



You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN



All rentals at Gearhart By the Sea are NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, on the decks/patios, on walkways or parking lots. If you or your guest are caught smoking, you will be fined $250 and may be asked to leave. This applies to all guest in your party. There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit
