We really enjoyed our stay, which was perfect for tourist activities in Gdansk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us purchase train tickets, advised on timing and the layout of the train station. The rooms are very nice but small. Toiletries in the bathroom were high quality.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly throughout my three nights stay. At check-in, the lady at the front desk took the time to explain the hotel facilities. The next morning, the gentleman at the front desk helped my room upgrade request. He was very efficient, helpful, and professional. The staff in charge of the breakfast area as well as the bar & coffee station area were all very friendly. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. The atmosphere here felt warm and welcoming from start to finish. The hotel is at a great location and offers an excellent selections for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family & friends, and would book this hotel again!

Great location, nice staff, have some daily complimentary activities (tours, yoga class, etc). My basic room was a little tight and had windows facing the atrium, so if space and light is an issue, I would recommend booking a bigger outer room.
