It was a great stay for us, and the location was fantastic. Also, don’t sleep on their breakfast! There’s no need to go anywhere else for breakfast (highly, highly recommend you go at least once as they have a lot of traditional Polish breakfast items to choose from)! We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. There wasn’t a mini bar/mini fridge and this would be nice to consider it for the future. Staff was ok. Helpful but not the kindest. Breakfast was very good with many options of polish and international cuisine. Area is the best, just in the heart of old town. Walking distance of great spots and town’s attractions.

The location of this hotel is just excellent - within walking distance of the Neptune Fountain and Main Town Hall Tower. There are many restaurant options nearby. The hotel itself is pretty new and the room we stayed in was comfortable (not too small like other hotels we stayed at). The breakfast is good, though not as elaborate as Hampton by Hilton locations in Krakow and Warsaw City Centre. If I had one minor complaint - it would be that the water pressure in the shower was extremely low/non-existent, though we saw this in other hotels in Poland as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Nice place, great location. Movie posters in the lobby were American, but we're in Poland?? Poland has an amazing film industry, so why not Polish film posters which are an art form. Everyone in our group noticed that and didn't like it...and it's not about being anti-American at all.

”Perfect base for exploring” "We stayed here for three nights and it was excellent. The location is truly unbeatable—you are right in the heart of Old Town, steps from the Long Market and all the main sights. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and the beds are super comfortable. A big shout-out to the breakfast team; it's a busy buffet, but they keep it stocked, and the waffle maker was a hit every morning. The staff were also very helpful with local maps and tram directions.
