Hair dryer had to be changed 3 times. Bathroom light poor. Room congested for a standard room. I was charged for the room on 7th at the property. However, Expedia charged me already. Something I emailed to Expedia and will take it up with my bank to reverse on return on Monday.

My room smelled very bad. Someone must’ve been smoking and the maintenance manager hadn’t checked the room. The location is excellent but the staff are far less than expected. They should have better personnel. The cleaning lady did a wonderful job and supplied us daily with all of the amenities that they offer.
The spa was way below any Turkish standard. We nearly froze while waiting for the steam and foam bath. It was way overpriced and the service terrible. Don’t advise anyone to go there for a Turkish bath
