"The hotel was situated by the river in Stratford and walking distance to the town centre. There was ample parking although a fee applied. The room was a good size and had H2K toiletries which are gorgeous. Breakfast was ample. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"Booking in was a breeze, very helpful, room was better than I expected, bed was really comfortable, evening meal was great, breakfast was all you could eat buffet and really tasty and booking out was easy and they supplied a VAT receipt for the office, all in all was really nice and relaxing stay"

"in business trip in double bed room. Shower head was bypassing water, more was leaking on the wall than to the shower head. I'm sure cleaning staff use the head to clean the batt, the shower should be fixed before the room was offered. The toilet flush requires looking into. Staff at the pool were helpful, sauna was good as well as jacuzzi. Dinner at the restaurant was OK. Staff very helpful. Parking was difficult, poor surface and messy parking. When the bed is considered, the pillo was rock hard, not for me. I would appreciate a choice or softer pillows. Staff at the reception were polite and helpful . Corridor noise was a bit for me. I'm a light sleeper."

"Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but hot food not hot enough, even early on. That said, the three evening meals were all excellent. Would stay here again."

"The hotel is very authentic, with wooden floors through out, steeped in history and very charming. The location is excellent if you do not have a car at your disposal, and the area has lots to see and find to do, will definately be visiting the area , and most probably the hotal again."

"The room was very clean but a little battered looking. All the staff were amazing except for the waiter who served us in the restaurant the first night. He just ignored us and everytime we called him it took him forever to come back. We gave up waiting to order dessert and just paid the bill. The staff everywhere else were great and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and we were shocked that no one was checking if we had pre paid. We actually had to go and ask to pay because no one checked they assumed we had already paid. The hotel location was very hand for us and close to town."
