It’s in a completely secluded location on a total of 37,000 square metres, featuring numerous old olive trees, a small citrus and fruit orchard, and almond trees. The picturesque town of Gaucin is just two kilometres away. There you’ll find galleries, charming restaurants, and tapas bars, as well as everything you need for daily life. The nearest beach is just under eight kilometres long and a thirty-minute drive away. Three national parks with countless hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. The three upstairs rooms have air conditioning. 40 kWh of electricity per day is included. Any usage beyond that will be billed at the current local market rate.
