    This holiday rental in the mountains is ideal to unwind and relax, and you can make the most of the quietness and the fabulous landscape with seven other people. Here, you will find a significant amount of privacy, tranquillity and peace, which allow you to recharge your batteries surrounded by nature.

    The house is characterised by rustic vibes, which are featured in all the rooms, and even outdoor. The ground floor of the villa welcomes a wide living space, divided into a living room with fireplace and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Four bedrooms are at the guests' disposal in the villa, each of which can accommodate up to two people. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 150- cm double bed, whereas the other two rely on two twin beds each. Lastly, the villa is also provided with two bathrooms with shower. Heating is supplied via radiators in the bedrooms, which also feature ceiling fans.

    The bedrooms will be opened according to the number of people. Opening two bedrooms is for 4 people; to open three bedrooms, the cost will be that of a stay for 6 people. If you want to have the four bedrooms of the house at your disposal, you will have to pay the price fixed for 8 guests.

    The outdoor area is as spacious as you can imagine, enveloped by lush vegetation that covers the surrounding hills. You and your family can make the most of the quiet atmosphere and the relaxing landscape while enjoying your meals in the outdoor dining area, or as you sunbathe on the poolside sun loungers. And of course, the private pool is the cherry on the pie, letting you refresh when the temperatures start rising.

    The access to the holiday home is possible via a 1.1-km dirt track.

Beautiful rural getaway

The property was spacious, rustic and full of character and had everything we needed. The owner met us to take us there and showed us round, he’d even left us some wine, beers and ice! Set at the end of a long track the house is so secluded and peaceful. The pool area is private and a lovely place to relax. The house itself was cool and comfortable a welcome break from the heat. The location is just incredible with amazing views and the only sounds being crickets, sheep bells and horses. We loved Gaucin and can’t wait to return.

Sehr abgeschiedene Lage, herrliche Aussicht und etwas außerhalb des Dorfes. Abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade. Machen Sie sich bereit, Ihr Auto abzustauben! Ich liebte es, die Schafe als Nachbarn zu haben. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde eine Verstärkung im Sommer vorschlagen, da es im Sommer nachts keine Luftzirkulation und keine Klimaanlage gibt.

Das Haus ist im Allgemeinen sehr gut, es ist gut ausgestattet, geräumiges Wohnzimmer, normale Zimmer, die Einzelbetten habe ich sehr klein gesehen. Die Veranda im Sommer ist ideal für den Winter, wenn es regnet, können Sie nicht draußen sein. Es ist Kalkstein! Der Pool ist einige Treppen hinunter. Nachdem es viel Land hat, haben wir Pferde, Katzen, Füchse gesehen ... Die Kinder waren begeistert!

Perfect. Everything was as expected and better. The owner is 100% available for everything. we had one single issue, we've called the owner and in less than 15 minutes, it was solved. The house is very clean and beautifully renovated and the kitchen is very well equiped. The pool is big and cleaned on a regular basis. we were welcomed at the house with a nice baskets of fruit and drinks... Nothing to say execpt that it was perfect.

Wir hatten ein einziges Problem, wir haben den Besitzer angerufen und in weniger als 15 Minuten war es gelöst. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön renoviert und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir wurden im Haus mit schönen Obst- und Getränkekörben begrüßt. . . Nichts zu sagen, außer dass es perfekt war.

Wir waren zwei Arejas mit zwei Hunden, das Haus ist alles was man sich wünschen kann wenn man Ruhe sucht Natur und Abkopplung, die Landschaft der schönen Serrania, die unschlagbare Poollandschaft, die sehr große Farm, die Haustiere könnten dort ohne Angst sein Dass sie seit dieser Tida dem umzäunten Grundstück entkommen, ist das Hausinnere perfekt, da es zu beiden Seiten des großen Saals zwei Aufgangszonen hat und obwohl Estes mit mehr Paaren beide Aufenthalte getrennt sind und man so viel Intimität genießt. Die Behandlung von Jose Luis war perfekt, er löste im Moment jede Kleinigkeit, sehr aufmerksam, er ließ uns zwei Flaschen sehr reichen Wein und einige frisch gepflückte Zitronen und Orangen vom Baum, sehr aufmerksam und sehr guter Gastgeber, er kümmerte sich zu jeder Zeit darum unser Komfort Wir empfehlen das Haus 100x100 und wir werden zurückkehren
