"We had a one bedroom apt here. Enjoyed the kitchen. Steps away from the train station, still very walkable to the Duomo and Uffizi. Host is really nice to wait outside the building to check us in. "Pros: neighborhood was nice, great location to train station and small, but offers plenty of room. Cons: Owner did not respond to any messages until I was able to have someone call them. Although most of the apartment is clean, the bathroom needs some help. Floor was not washed, shower is moldy. The worst part is that they have bedbugs in one of the beds. I have about 100 bites on my arms, hands, legs and any other exposed part of my body. I am miserable and have been home now for 2 days....

"I was in Florence with my adult daughter. The location of the apartment is perfect. Literally minutes away from all the attractions and sites. Plenty of places to dine in the evening. The internet worked very well. The bathrooms are tight but functional. The kitchen is very spacious and well appointed with everything you need to have a dinner at home. A couple minor things. "This was a really great location. The market and restaurants in the immediate area were excellent. We were walking distance to museums and world class shopping. Good sized apartment with a very functional kitchen. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that can get noisy late at night. But hey, your in Italy and that's part of the experience. "We loved our stay here! Paolo was so welcoming and easily able to accommodate our request of an infant cot / pack and play. The apartment had a beautiful, bright kitchen and was well located to be within walking distance to all of the Florence sights. There were stairs to get up to the apartment and in the apartment themselves which may be an issue for those with mobility issues, but they weren't an issue at all for us with a baby and a stroller. Would recommend!"
