It is not your fancy hotel, but it was clean and it was quiet. You don't spend a lot of time in the hotel so it doesn't have to be top of the line. Also, there was a bear in the parking lot!

The staff was very nice - and the rooms were crisp, clean and accommodating. This was a very affordable option but was not a compromise or loss for the experience. Very happy with this hotel - we booked 2 adjoining rooms for my family and would come here again!

This hotel is convenient to everything, for the price you can’t beat it. We will always book this hotel when we are in Gatlinburg.

Worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Pool doesn’t have water and does not work (as advertised) , the rooms are dirty, bed sheets had hair on them, rooms smelled like cigarettes even though they are supposed to be smoke free they try to kill you with the smell of whatever they try to use to take out the smoke smell you get a headache after being in the room for 5 mins. We had to be moved rooms for this reason then get to our new room smells the same just not as strong. The room, doors, floors were disgusting and dirty and looked like they haven't been cleaned and scrubbed in a long time, “breakfast” is a cereal dispenser . The only good thing about this place is the location. I would not advise anyone to stay here ever.

The bathroom door in our room would not completely open because of the fan light. The flooring was coming loose. The light switch for the bathroom was outside the bathroom. The room quality was ok but repairs need to be done. For the rate I have stayed in better hotels.

Extremely noisy neighbor playing music all hours of the night. 11 am and they started singing and playing guitar. Very disappointed and would cancel rest of reservation if we could.

We were supposed to get a non-smoking king room. The room was very dated and smelled horrible. We got a can of Lysol and hosed down every inch, draperies, ironing board , etc. management did offer another room however after a long day of driving and time constraints as we were due in 30 minutes to a prepaid attraction in Pigeon Forge we elected to stay.

For this price point, the room was more than I expected. It was clean & had a large, comfortable bed. There was a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, etc. It’s located within walking distance of the main part of downtown Gatlinburg, with all the fun attractions & places to eat. There is a free trolley stop nearby that will take you past all the scenic spots & even into Pigeon Forge (with a transfer to another trolley line going that way).

The location is good able to walk to main strip. The floors were sticky and felt dirty and the bed didn’t have a skirt on it so you could see the box spring was stained. The mini fridge in the room was loud when it was on and the walls are very thin could hear the neighbors.

When I made my reservation it said pet friendly but nothing about a pet fee so I paid for the room which was non refundable but when I checked in was told there would be a $30 pet fee so had no choice but to pay since I couldn’t get my money back I had already paid. The room, the floor wasn’t clean, everything else looked ok but our room was adjoined to another room and the people next to us was loud and was knocking on our door. They had kids but it was a lot of screaming and crying. I doubt I would stay here again, I would find a different place for the same price.
