Great stay as advertised

Definitely enjoyed my stay. Everything inside was advertised very clean. Hot tub was excellent. From now on ill rent this month every time I visit Gatlinburg.

Wonderful Stay

The location was perfect! Loved the accessibility to downtown and the great restaurants nearby. I planned this trip for the Sky Park and this was such a great condo to rent for this stay. You don’t have to lose time on your vacation traveling because everything is close by.

This was absolutely perfect for us! It is a quiet area, but still within walking distance of dining & attractions. The bears that came by each day made my stay worth it! Will definitely be back.

Anniversary

The condo was clean and neat. Great location. Close but far enough to be quiet in the evening. We wanted to be close enough to walk if we wanted. You could walk or drive and we had no issues. Everything was just as it looked on the site. The check in was super easy!

10 wedding anniversary get away

The overall stay was wonderful. We had a great time. The room was just as it looks in pictures. The space was perfect for 2 people. The property is up on a hill so if you plan to walk to downtown be prepared but nice boardwalk.

Gatlinburg stay

The condo size was perfect for my husband and I. We liked the decor. The only drawback I saw was that the tile was not very clean especially in the kitchen and bathroom area. It was very conveniently located and had a great mountain view from the bedroom balcony. I would consider staying here again.

We loved staying in this condo. It still gave a "cabin" like feel and was super clean. It had everything we needed already there. We ONLY had to buy food. Definitely recommend this one !!!

Quaint and Comfy

Though the unit is close to downtown (which is downhill), the climb back uphill and up the private resort staircase was more challenging than we’d expected. It’s a very quiet location with beautiful views and one morning we even spotted a wandering bear from the safety of our balcony. The decor is charming and the condo was very clean. Nice soft bed, tv mounted near the ceiling in one corner made viewing easy from the bed. Plus, there’s the wonderful jacuzzi tub.

Quiet and pleasant

We stayed for a week, everything went fine. Location is convenient and easy walk to main street in Gatlinburg. I loved using the induction stove. The icemaker doesn't work, and there are not enough pots to actually cook.

Very Nice!

My husband and I needed a little weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot. The walk to downtown was not too bad, it was down hill on the way there but up hill the whole way back. The condo was clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and not too noisy even though we were above the pool. We would definitely come back. We also loved how even though we were in a condo it felt, and looked like a cabin.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay in Gatlinburg. Just a short walk to all the hussle and bussle of Gatlinburg. Room was very nice. Bed was the most comfortable I think I've ever slept on. Pool was nice and never busy. Even saw a momma bear and 3 cubs from our balcony. If I had anything negative to say was the water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest. No biggie. Highly recommend.

Great for a budget trip/warning read our review.

Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned, I called the owner and they did a rushed cleaning. The unit was good for what we needed. The biggest draw back for us was the neighbors smoking weed on the balconies. I don't like the smell so we couldn't use our balcony or the pool. If weed isn't your thing I wouldn't recommend staying in town as it was everywhere. The walk is about 10mins to downtown and very light slope. Overall for what we paid it was a good place to stay for our mainly hiking vacation.

Quick Getaway

Condo location great since we had to walk everywhere, very congested in downtown Gatlinburg.I would recommend moving lock box out of corner of the door jamb to access condo, because when it is dark checking in at 10 pm after driving all day and no lights on by the door made it difficult to access but we were able to manage thankful for flashlights on phone. Condo cutely decorated, condo was fairly clean. Water pressure in shower very low, and vent fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Overall though nice stay.

Gatlinburg condo

Condo was basically clean. Needed a really good dusting. The screen door was off the tracks and leaning on the window outside. A piece of trim was missing around the bathroom door and two nails were sticking out and caught my clothes a couple of times. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Plenty of space for one or two people. A coffee table in the living room would be nice because there wasn't anywhere to set anything down while watching TV except one narrow side table. Since it was just me it wasn't too much of an issue but if my husband would have been with it would have been a problem.

Gatlinburg condo

A few pros and cons about this property. Overall, it’s small. Great for just a couple, but it would be tight if you had kids or another couple with you. Even though the property is close to the main part of town, it’s about a half mile down hill with stairs..which means it’s all uphill on the way back. We did it once and found it a bit too strenuous for people with bad knees, lol. The jacuzzi in the bedroom took up quite a bit of space. We ended up using it as more a storage area as there was no dresser. There was a decent view of the mountains but not a relaxing balcony to sit on with the noise of a/c units. But was right above the pool if you like that. We found black hair in both the tub and bathroom sink. And the only toilet paper was what was on the roll. We searched for additional rolls but couldn’t find any. Nitpicking on this one, but the TV is very high on the wall so made it a bit uncomfortable to watch. The bed, however, was super comfortable. One great thing though were the black bears that passed right through the parking lot! So neat to see up close. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for a few days.

Convienient- free parking

Condo is as shown. No MAJOR concerns. Location is great and within walking distance. Stairs in the back lead right to the middle of town. Parking was free and very convienient. Check in was contactless and easy. Upon arrival we found the condo was not super clean. The mat by the tub was dirty, it was dusty, and areas of the floor were dirty as well. I do not think this reflects on the person renting the property as they do have a cleaning service servicing the entire building. I did end up locating cleaning supplies and cleaning a bit myself. Another problem we had was that we did not find there were enough towels for our family of 3 for the entirety of our stay of approximately 1 week. There was a number for housekeeping questions, but we were running so much during our stay i did not have time to deal with calling the number and speaking with anyone so i ended up using my own quarters and washing them myself in the downstairs coin operated laundry between things we had going on. (There's no change machine on the property to get change for laundey). We did notice that the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom made a lot of noise that seemed to be coming from the drain when it rained hard (which was very odd and inconvienient at night). Water pressure was low (again not the person who owns the condo's fault, but inconvienient). This condo is not a bad option if you're just looking for a place to lay you're head for a few hours when you get back from running. Convienient and easy.
