"This is a clean simple property with everything you need and nothing you don't. It's literally a stone's throne from a perfect sized river. We went down to it every day, both to fish/wade and to use the firepit on the river bank. "The property was so nice, and it was convenient to Gatlinburg, the arts and craft community, and Pigeon Forge! The house was well stocked and very clean. We saw rabbits, deer, and a bear on the property! "Love the huge jacuzzi at the waterpark. The price for the lodge is fair because it includes free waterpark admittance. Rooms are large and the balcony was really nice overlooking the golf course.
