Woodlands: 4 Person Special Offer

SPECIAL 4 PERSON OFFER. We designed this special offer for groups of no more than 4 guests (inclusive of children) who may not have considered renting a larger cabin that accommodates 8-10 at full occupancy. This is your opportunity to stay at one of our larger 8-person cabins at a 4-person occupancy rate. Ideal for retired/senior guests.

The space
This concept lets groups of 4 or fewer stay at one of our beautiful cabins at a lower nightly rate. The idea is simple: by agreeing to limit your group to no more than 4 people (no additional visitors allowed), you get a special rate. All common-area amenities, such as the kitchen, living room, and hot tub, are included, and no other part of the cabin will be rented during your stay. Ample parking, plus an additional 20x40 unimproved, level parking area across from the cabin that can fit 2 pickups/trailers.

We have had a lot of success with this through our direct bookings at Spindala Cabins, especially with our senior guests, and guests have told us they really enjoyed staying at one of our cabins at the 4-person rate. Woodlands is a new, all-wood, spacious 1,500 sq ft cabin (2 bedrooms / 2 baths + loft), centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Enjoy the views from the 1,000 sq ft deck, the wood-burning fireplace, the fire pit, and the covered hot tub. Minimum rental age of 25 is strictly enforced and verified by our agent at check-in. Strict no-pet policy.

Guest access
All guests must sign an e-sign rental agreement and provide a valid copy of their driver's license, as required by HOA and insurance regulations. The first and last name on the reservation must match the driver's license provided. Owners are available for non-emergency messages and calls between 8am and 8pm EST.

Other things to note
1. Max occupancy for this special offer is no more than 4 adults/children at any time, including any visiting guests.
2. Use of the wood-burning fireplace is not permitted between May 1 and August 31.

House rules
Max occupancy 4. No pets allowed. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants or bringing a pet is a breach of contract (enforceable under the anti-allergens clause), and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. All guests must provide a valid phone number, email, and copy of their driver's license as required by HOA regulations, and must sign an e-sign rental agreement. The person making the reservation must be present for the entire stay. You must be 25 years old to rent this cabin.

Guests may use only the fire pit provided on the property; personal or portable fire pits are strictly prohibited. Firearms, air rifles, and bows and arrows may not be used anywhere on the property or the surrounding area. Unauthorized late checkout is charged at $50 per hour for the first two hours. Beyond 12pm, the guest will pay the daily base rate for that day. This does not mean you may extend your stay without permission. Any compensation given to following guests who are affected by a failure to check out on time, or by damaged or missing items, will be charged to the responsible guest. Non-emergency message/call hours are 8am-8pm.

By renting this property you agree that:
1. You have an existing primary and permanent home address.
2. Your stay is strictly for transient purposes only.
3. There is no intention of establishing a tenant/landlord relationship; this is strictly an owner/guest relationship.

NO PETS / ESA POLICY
We maintain a strict animal-free environment due to severe allergies affecting family members and guests (enforceable under the anti-allergens clause). For this reason, pets and emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted on the property under any circumstances, in accordance with Tennessee State Law SB 1595 (effective March 2024).

Use of the wood-burning fireplace is not permitted between May 1 and August 31.
