This quaint and cozy penthouse condo "Above It All" has incredible views of downtown Gatlinburg and surrounding mountains. Walk to downtown or catch trolley at Condo entrance. Leave your vehicle and walk into town. (Save on parking fees) Easy road access with no steep hills to drive

See the Fall colors, lush green of Summer, snow capped Winter mountains and beautiful night time lights of the city below!

Very comfortable dwelling with modern decor, glassed kitchen for gorgeous views, swimming pool (opened seasonally), elevator that goes straight to front door, wireless internet, cable tv, fully stocked kitchen, mountain views from master bedroom king bed, walkway leading to downtown and cozy fireplace (seasonal).

This little jewel will provide you with lasting memories of a true Gatlinburg/Smoky Mountains vacation. While being walking distance to downtown and many attractions, "Above It All" is also only 5 minute drive to National Park. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are only 15 to 20 minute drive.

Upon first seeing "All Above It" my family and I immediately fell in love and purchasing was a must. The convenience, modern look and city/mountain views are what makes this my favorite little getaway. I'm happy to share and hope you will feel the same! Enjoy!

We loved staying at this condo! Beautiful views from each window and close to downtown.The kitchen was so fun to hang out in and look for bears! Only con i have to say is the condo could use a good deep clean, but it wasn't awful. Our host was very communicative and made our stay super easy. We will more than likely visit this condo again!

Good not great

The views and the location were great and the pool was nice. However, the place is in need of a deep cleaning. It felt very lived in. The access stairs in the back were nice but they are very steep coming back up.

Walking distance to downtown. A lot of steps from condo to the street. Beds are comfortable, equipped with everything, and has an elevator. Host was available and check in was easy.

The room was up to date we was contacted to make sure the checkin went well the only thing i can pick at would be how cold the kitchen floor was other than that everything else was spot on. Definitely would stay again

Loved every minute of our stay

We loved every minute of our stay. The location is perfect for a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg but still any easy drive to Pigeon Forge and other surrounding attractions. The listing was exactly as described and Daniel made the whole process from booking to check in as smooth as anyone could ask. Would 100% recommend this location to anyone.

Great location. Clean and comfortable, quiet, yet close enough to downtown to walk. The stairs coming back up from town, were a bit rough but doable. We drove down a couple times and were able to easily find parking. Lovely views.

4 minute walk from the main road in Gatlinburg

Very convenient, we had great time and the added bonus of parking at the rental property and being to be able to walk to everything was great. Property owner was very quick with the communication. I would stay here again.
