The space was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently close to downtown. Clay, the host, was incredibly attentive and promptly brought us sheets for the sofa bed when needed. As a family of four, we found the space just right. Watching the fireworks and the ball drop from our room was an unforgettable experience. My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Place was very clean and located close to hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains. Walk to town was easy enough for us but others may find it a bit challenging. The owners were very helpful and always got back to us when we had a question. The condo is within walking distance from downtown, but it's about 15 minutes or so and you have to remember to go around to the back of the complex to start your walk. We were there for a weekend wedding and this place was perfect for us! Decorated beautifully! Very clean! Very comfortable bed!!! Close enough to walk to the strip but far enough away it was quiet. Three drive to PG was not far at all. This is located kinda close to beginning of the strip so getting in and out was not bad at all. Communication with host was fabulous! This place more than delivered. Quick drive to get to all of the trail heads we had scoped out for our trip. Wonderful, hot shower and easy walk downtown in the evenings for dinner after we'd been putting in the miles during the day. Plus a king size bed!
